In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:
Your Travel Flexibility
We remain committed to offering you flexible booking options. Given these unique circumstances we are making additional adjustments to our individual booking policies to give you extra peace of mind:
* For Existing Reservations. Existing reservations can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. If a non-refundable reservation was made, this can be cancelled but no refund will be provided.
* For New Reservations. Any new reservation you make for stays between today and October 31st can be changed or cancelled up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. If a non-refundable reservation was made, this may be cancelled but no refund will be provided.
If you need to modify reservations that were made with the hotel directly or on our website, please
contact the hotel directly at 518.583.2727. If you need to modify reservations made through another
travel site such as Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc., please contact them directly for assistance.
